Experience

I have been a qualified counsellor in private practice for 7 years and gained my BACP Accreditation Status 4 years ago.

Alongside my PP I volunteer for a local Bereavement & Loss charity working with a range of bereaved clients.

I have worked as an in-house counsellor at factory workplace setting working with work-base stress and burnout.

Previously I have worked with a substance abuse charity, and previous to that I volunteered with HOMESTART UK as a family support worker, working with families experiencing struggles or difficulties with parenting young children.

Qualifications

I am an Accredited BACP counsellor.
I hold a University Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
Levels 1-3 in Counselling Skills & Theory.

Initial Consultation

I offer a free 15 minute telephone or online consultation to see how we might work together.
If you chose to book a full session with me, I will ask you some questions about what has brought you to counselling and what you would like to get out of it. We will discuss confidentially giving you a choice of what you disclose.
You can ask me any questions you might have about the therapy process.

Fees

I charge £55 per 1 hour session for individuals
£80 per 1 hour session for couples counselling
£45 per 1 hour session for counselling Students.

When I Work

I work Mondays 9.30am-5.00pm
Wednesday's 9.30am-6.30pm
Thursday's 9.30am-6.30pm

For both face-to-face sessions & online.
